Wow! What a charming, adorable, homey slice of Santa Fe. This house is in the perfect location with both quiet and convenience. It is private with an upper deck or back patio to enjoy the morning and evening and also incredibly close to the center of town. We were able to park our car and forget about it until we wanted to venture out of town. The house itself is beautiful and very well appointed with three private bedrooms, an open great room and well-stocked kitchen. I would stay here again in a second.

This lovely home is comfortable, welcoming, clean and well supplied. All the comforts of home...from cooking to laundry, if needed. We made good use of the upper patio and enjoyed the peacful neighbourhood and views. Easily located to explore both by foot and car. Managers were easily accessible if needed, and cared to check in on us, which was nice. We would love to come back, or, experience another of their properties. Will definitely recommend! Tecolote was fabulous. My wife and I, along with our three boys, felt very much at home from the moment we walked in. The house is located less than a mile from every place we wanted to be in Santa Fe, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The beds were very comfortable, the living areas were spacious, and the DirecTV and wifi kept everyone from missing the modern conveniences. We would absolutely stay here again in the future. This property was just perfect - looked and felt just like one would expect in Santa Fe. We spent a glorious family Thanksgiving there with all the necessities to make a great turkey dinner! We could not have asked for more.

We found this home perfect in every way. Comfortable beds, soft towels, well stocked kitchen, perfect location, quiet street, friendly neighbors, LOVED sitting on the balcony for my morning coffee, hot tub, cable tv, furnishings, welcomed bottle of wine..... need I say more. The location is an easy, easy, easy walk to everywhere you would want to be in Santa Fe. We stayed with our 2 teenagers and they loved it as well.

We spent a wonderful week in this house with our daughters and son-in-law. Being so close to the square and only 1/2 hour walk to Canyon Road gave us all independence. The downstairs bedroom is much smaller but still large enough for two. The enclosed patio and hot tub added a lot to the experience. We would stay again when we come back!

My husband & I just loved staying at the beautiful historical Tecolote Casita. It was like being in a custom Santa Fe Style adobe home with custom furnishings that were top of the line. The home was very quite and peaceful, but close to everything that was happening ...... Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. I must say that the beds were really comfy which is hard to find in most luxury hotels. We loved the fact that we had off street parking. The fireplace was a cozy place to enjoy a glass of wine before dinner on the Plaza. Why stay at a hotel when you can have your own private home to enjoy! Can't wait to return. See you in February to celebrate my Husband's birthday! Wendy, thanks for the bottle of wine...nice personal touch and quite a wonderful surprise!! We have been coming for over 12 years now & wouldn't consider staying anywhere else!!

Nice as they are, the photos of Tecolote don't do the place justice. It's beautifully and tastefully decorated--and is also very homey and comfortable. My eleven-year-old niece walked in and said "Wow, it's beautiful!" And I agree. I would love to return in warm weather so we could use the gorgeous second-floor deck and the outdoor space on the ground floor. We spent Christmas week there and enjoyed quite a few home-cooked meals, thanks to the well-equipped kitchen. There were six adults and two older children who slept on air mattresses in their parents' bedroom. It was a little bit crowded with all eight of us but it worked--it would be perfect for three couples. The parking is a little tight but luckily we are all very good at parking and were able to fit an SUV and a Prius into the provided spot. It would be perfect for one vehicle. The location was wonderfully convenient--a quick walk to the plaza but far enough away from the tourist areas to feel peaceful.

My husband, two sons, one girlfriend and I stayed at the wonderful Tecolote from Jan 2 to Jan 6. On our arrival there was a great bottle of red wine for us to enjoy. The house was wonderfully cosy and warm. My sons' first impression on walking in was "it feels like a home." The rooms were very comfortable with great comfortable beds, lovely warm showers. The neighborhood was quiet but easily accessible to downtown plaza and food shops a short drive. If we ever get back to Santa Fe we will definitely book through Two Casitas as it was so easy. All details for the house were provided and made our stay a wonderful easy experience
