front yard, complete with barbecue and umbrellaed table and chairs. Or after a hard day on the slopes warm yourself by one of the two
fireplaces. If you are an art lover you will love this adobe home. It has many great works from some of Santa Fe's best artist as well as
gorgeous rugs on the hard wood and Saltillo tile floors. The furnishings are lovely and very much in keeping with the tradition of a Santa Fe

This historic 100 year plus adobe home is
situated on what many might call Santa Fe's most
charming street. Casa Mariposa boasts the best
East side location just one and a half blocks to
Canyon Road and six blocks to the Plaza. Park
your car and walk everywhere. Mingle with local
artist at the near by coffee shop or brows what
has been voted Santa Fe's best book store, both
less than a block from your home. Casa Mariposa
is secluded and quite in a peaceful residential
neighborhood, yet so close to all the
attractions.
The house is two bedroom two baths. The
spacious master bedroom has a king bed and looks
out to blooming fruit trees. The second bedroom
has a queen bed featuring a romantic Kiva
fireplace, wood floors and coved ceilings with
vigas. There is a sleeper sofa in the living
room as well as an additional separate room that
has a second sleeper sofa. All told there are 4
beds, and 4 separate sleeping spaces. Your
eat-in kitchen with its Mexican tile counter
tops, wooden floors and coved viga ceilings as
well as sky lights make for a perfect family
gathering space. Or step outside into your
spacious and secluded back yard for a barbecue.
Relax after a long day of seeing the sites in
your out door hot tub. This house like all our
homes have the amenities of home including high

The master bedroom features a king size bed and has double doors opening up to a
lovely little private patio where you can enjoy your morning cup
of coffee.
Upstairs is the second bedroom with a queen size bed and
private bath with Mexican tile. A large picture window gives you
magnificent sunsets and city views from this romantic bedroom room.
The Living room features a traditional Kiva fireplace,sautile
tile,vigas and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The hand made New
Mexican tin cabinets in the full kitchen add to the authentic
southwest flavor that Santa Fe is famous for. Step out your front
door for a lovely barbecue and glass of wine in a maturely
landscaped front porch.
This home is in in the same compound and directly next door to
two other two bedroom homes that Two Casitas manages. Casa Manana
and Casa de la Luz. So if you are coming for a family reunion this
house with the other two other two bedroom two bath homes can
sleep up to a total of 18 people.
