The historic east side's Casa Apodaca is the perfect base for you family reunion, girlfriends party or any group of old friends getting together. This home boasts magnificent views and is situated just blocks away from the famed arts and craft district of Canyon Road. Casa Apodaca features views of the Sangre De Cristo mountain range and a spacious great room comfortable for all to gather with its 65" flat screen TV and comfortable air conditioning. The home boasts 2,800 square feet of living space. There is a private master bedroom with Kiva fireplace, ceiling fan and double-doors to enclosed courtyard on one wing of the house and two king size bedrooms on the other wing.  One king can become two twins and two sleeper sofas in the living room for extra guests. Two of the bedrooms and the great room open up to a lovely courtyard which is a traditional Spanish design of this region. The doors and windows allow ample natural light throughout the home. The two bathrooms are both in the hall. One has a large tiled walk in shower and old fashion large soaking tub. The second bath has a tiled shower with a jetted tub. There is a spacious sunroom which serves as a breakfast room a perfect place to take in the views. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is Saltilo tile through out the home. The backyard is perfect for a family barbeque and a place to enjoy the views. The owners have lovingly furnished the home with a combination of a contemporary flair and Santa Fe style.

The property was beautiful, well appointed and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The house was clean, the bathrooms were large and the bedrooms were very comfortable. One bedroom has a charming fireplace. The back sunroom and front courtyard were inviting. The property was within walking distance to Canyon Road and the downtown area. There was even an off-street parking space. The staff at Two Casitas were friendly and helpful. Loved this property....would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the casita was very nice. We loved the huge room and the large screen TV. We did not care for the location of the property - but that is our fault, we typically like to stay outside the city. Two Casitas gave us wirtten directions to the property, but we found using our car's GPS system much easier. Our stay IN the property was quite comfortable and enjoyable, we would just rent outside of town somewhere next time - way too congested IN town. That, however, really adds to the beauty of Santa Fe - it is a very friendly, beautiful community. the property is VERY quiet. We never heard any outside noise and the people walking up and down the street were friendly and made us feel at home. So....no complaints really about the location of the property, we just PREFER a more open area. We HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone.
