Very clean and appropriate amenities. I went to two homes managed by two casitas and both were great. Loved it, quite, off street, lovely back fountain, great kitchen and bath. Central location.

We visited Santa Fe for the first time ever and stayed at this beautiful, well-appointed, and centrally-located casita. It is tucked away up a quiet street in a quaint little neighborhood. So serene and peaceful. Its a 3-minute walk to the wonderful Teahouse restaurant, a great place for breakfast. From there its a 10-minute stroll downtown through the art district. If you want to cook, the kitchen is well-stocked and has high-end appliances. The wood burning fireplace gave a subtle smell of camping outdoors but in the comfort of a cozy home. Open the back door in the morning to sounds of birds and the babbling fountain. You will not be disappointed! We liked it so much we plan to return soon.

The property was really excellent! The space is very clean and well equipped for any length of stay. We especially liked the heated floor in the living area!. The Two Casitas crew were attentive and made sure we were happy with great information on places to eat and visit. This was especially appreciated as this was our first visit to Santa Fe. The location is excellent for walking to Canyon Road (5 minutes) and is about a mile from the center of town - very walkable. We will definitely try to stay at this property the next time we come to town. Parking is clearly labeled and covered which was helpful as it did rain on a couple of days of our visit. Our thanks to Will and his team!!

The location is perfect. QUIET, comfy bed and pillows. Good water pressure and comes with parking. We were delighted with this cozy place - perfect for a couple. Upon our arrival there was snacks and wine at the ready, bathroom did contain soap and shampoo/conditioner, there was even coffee ground in the frig. In addition, the service support was great. They checked in with us regarding our check in and our stay. We would highly recommend this lovely casita

stayed in Carmel for four nights. It is perfect for someone who wants to be in walking distance of the Plaza (10 minutes) and close to Canyon Road (2 minutes). Carmel is one of a cluster of residences set well back from East Palace Road and thus is very quiet.
Carmel is very well constructed and the kitchen is fantastic...everything you could want. The bed was very comfortable, the bedroom spacious (particularly for Santa Fe), and the bathroom great. There is also a washing machine and dryer for those staying longer. You also have covered parking for one car. The place was spotless which is a challenge given Santa Fe's dust. Full marks to the cleaning crew.
The only downside is you have no view. There is a small space outside the living room with a table and four chairs and a barbeque. No big deal unless you were planning to entertain the masses outdoors. So, inside space excellent, outside space compact. But stunning views are just minutes away. Dennis, Homeaway 3/19/17

The Carmel Casita was one of the best vacation rentals we have had. The furnishings were warm and comfortable and the location could not be beat! 15 minutes (at a slow pace) to town and 4 minutes to Canyon Road (be sure to try The Teahouse for dinner!). The casita was extremely well furnished and clean. The kitchen had everything and more that you could ask for. It will be our first choice on our return trip to Santa Fe.

We were blown away! High end, custom finishes throughout! In-floor, radiant heat, beautiful Adobe plaster walls, soaking tub in en suite bath. Cleaner than anywhere we have stayed. Cozy and peaceful courtyard out the back. We walked to Canyon Road every time we went there (5 minute walk max) and we walked to the plaza multiple times.
