Georgia and Frida are two stand-alone, completely private jewel box structures that face one another across a shared living/dining courtyard. This is the perfect vacation home for two couples, a family of four, or for any group that needs private spaces for work or sleep. The location in the heart of the thriving Railyard District is hard to beat. Intelligently designed and finely appointed, no aesthetic amenity has been spared in this luxurious, new, residential gem. Boasting immaculate, brand-new construction by Architect Christopher Purvis, every detail is masterfully hand-wrought by an award-winning builder, and designed by an internationally renowned artist. Pristine, minimalist spaces, contemporary architectural lines and proportions complement original, turn of the century bones in an uber lux design.
A city-dwellers dream, the sunny, one-bedroom living space is lofted by high, steel-beam viga ceilings. It features a south-facing glider-wall of warming windows, a huge closet, large stack laundry, and a great room with skylights galore. The bedroom and full, Carrara marble bathroom are separated by beautiful glass walls, evoking international, 5 Star 'au-courant' hotel design.
Frida serves as a large studio or an intimate, one-bedroom, reminiscent of a NYC Loft. The interior walls are comprised of exposed, century-old, Sambusco brickwork. The original concrete rests on dramatic, blue-black brick floors. The bright, glider-wall-windows provide a bright, open wall of north-facing light. The large kitchen has plenty of counter space, and can double as a heavenly artist’s workspace. Frida also features a Carrara marble bathroom, and an added room that can serve as a small bedroom, study, separate office, or a large walk-in closet. "Frida" is the perfect flexible space. It can serve as a serene second bedroom, an office, an impressive meeting room for clients, or a world-class NYC-style gallery/studio.
The 400 square foot courtyard separates “Georgia” and “Frida” and is shaded by steel visas and a mature ponderosa tree. Ample seating is provided, and this space is perfect for enjoying Santa Fe’s famous weather.

Wonderful location. Nice stores just a block or two away. 15-20 minute leisurely walk to the Plaza area. Very responsive management. Super clean and nice accommodations. Having TWO casistas for the price of one was a huge benefit and it would work well for a family. It was just two of us but we used the second casista for work privacy and a nice change of environment to have dinner one night when we ate in.

Georgia and Frida is delightful! Small but laid out really well. Loved the art in Frida and the comfort in Georgia.
When my husband and I had to work, we each had our own space without bothering each other. When we didn't have to work, we sat outside with a glass of wine and a book, cooked meals, watched movies, and slept really well in the very comfy bed. The space felt very private and secure. It was light and bright with nice touches like a candle, spare blankets, magazines, TVs, cushions for the outdoor furniture, a snack and hand sanitizer.
We usually cook for ourselves and found the small kitchen to meet all of our needs in terms of pots, pans, knives, placemats, napkins, forks, whisk, towels, tongs, Tupperware and such. Appreciated the large bag of coffee and cream and sugar and the olive oil and salt and pepper grinders that were ready for us. We brought everything else with us or picked it up at Whole Foods.
Quick walk to shops and restaurants, and a little longer walk to Canyon Avenue - but we went three days (never got back in our car once we parked). The price was fantastic and we plan to come back! Thank you Two Casitas!
