All of our reservationists are well-versed in the qualities of each of our rentals and are therefore able to fine-tune a guest’s property choice to their specific needs. Two Casitas provides and pays for all amenities and reusable items that guests will need. This includes ground coffee, coffee filters, creamer, facial soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, sponges, light bulbs, and a detailed welcome book. We also provide each guest with a complimentary bottle of wine, corn chips, and green chile salsa. All of this is provided at no cost to the owner.

We are proud to say that we have employed the same cleaning service since our company’s inception. We trust them to make sure that each of our homes is immaculate and fully stocked with the aforementioned amenities. Two Casitas also contracts qualified maintenance professionals to ensure that your home is always in its best condition for the most reasonable price.
Two Casitas will work with you ensure that your home complies with Santa Fe’s rental regulations and that your rental permit is up-to-date. We will also facilitate any inspections required by the city or state.
Aggressive and competitive advertising
Once the home is in good condition to rent, one of our first steps is to professionally photograph your home. Our photographers know how to create beautiful and eye-catching photographs that is sure to make your home stand out amongst the competition. We will also write a captivating and accurate description of your home and all of its amenities. The complete listing will be featured on our state-of-the-art website, twocasitas.com.
Two Casitas also advertises on all of the major vacation rental listing platforms such as Homeaway/VRBO, Flipkey/Tripadvisor, Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and more. We are also active on our Facebook page, which is a great venue for people to share their experiences with friends and family. We employ an expert search engine optimizer who ensures that our website and your listings will always appear at the top of relevant searches from all search engines and the individual listing sites. We send out monthly newsletters to past guests to encourage them to come back to Santa Fe, and to inform them about any new homes that Two Casitas has started managing. We also receive referrals from local realtors, property managers, and other businesses, and we work hard to manage our great reputation among the local community.
LiveRez reservation software
We partner with reservation software called LiveRez that organizes all of our reservations and allows us to easily manage and distribute the funds taken in from reservations to the appropriate parties. It automatically manages the content of our listings and dynamically updates our website. It also automatically synchronizes our listings and bookings with many of the third-party listing sites. This minimizes double-bookings and ensures that the quality and content of our listings are consistent across all platforms. LiveRez allows us to procure performance data for every listing using a number of important metrics, which is key to understanding the needs of each individual home and the company as a whole. Homeowners are also given access to LiveRez in order to be able to block out dates for their personal use, and to check on the performance of their rental(s).
