SUMMARY
Casa TATIZ invites you to get a taste of Santa Fe’s rural surroundings without leaving town. Enjoy exemplary local living in this impeccable country meets contemporary pueblo revival style home.
Casa TATIZ's unique aesthetic is sure to make an immediate impression. The home has been fully renovated and redesigned by Brazilian-born weaver, former textile designer for Calvin Klein, and founder of TATIZ (the first outdoor fabric brand designed in South America) Bia Martinez.
Guests will feel inspired by original tapestries, photographs and artwork from Brazilian and New Mexican artists, traditional textile books, vintage cocktail glasses and furniture upholstered with TATIZ EasyLiving performance fabrics found in high-end resorts around the world (Fairmont Rio, Jumby Bay Island Antigua, Philippe Starck Matarazzo and Four Seasons to name a few).
Fine finishes of this chic and bright home also include Venetian plaster walls rubbed with beeswax and rounded with soft corners, raw wood viga ceilings, skylights in the kitchen and bathroom, a wood-burning traditional kiva fireplace, radiant heat concrete floors, travertine countertops, integrated fridge, Swedish appliances, extra large dining table for work space, double French doors, dimmable and plenty of indirect lighting for a dramatic evening mood, and insulated windows.
LIVING AREA
The living space is bright and open. The down cushions sofa and the bay window seat frame the kiva fireplace perfectly, and offer a cozy and relaxing setting for weary travelers to unwind.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is large and visible from the rest of the living area. This makes it perfect for entertaining, which is made simple with the large dining table that seats up to eight.
BED AND BATH
The bedroom is a large stunning sanctuary styled with panache, and equipped with an opulent, hand-crafted, matte-black, four-poster king bed, a large digital TV and Belgian linen drapes.
The accessory twin bedroom follows the same style with a four-poster matte-black bed, an authentic equipale white leather chair, double fabric drapes and salt and pepper cowhide rug. Please, note that this bedroom can only be reached by crossing the bathroom.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Surrounded by robust and mature trees, Casa TATIZ offers several outdoor settings for you to take in nature throughout the day. The cozy upholstered sofa on the porch is perfect for coffee or cocktails. Shade from the trees offers a refreshing and immersive setting for an outdoor meal. The large back patio features a charming fire pit, and perfectly frames Santa Fe’s famous skies, so you can fully experience Santa Fe’s famous sunsets.
LOCATION
Casa TATIZ is settled in a quarter-acre private compound in the gracious lands of Sol y Llomas, just a ten-minute drive from the Plaza. The Museum of Indian Arts & Culture is within hiking distance.

This home won our heart. It was aesthetically pleasing, so neat, clean and beautiful. The furniture and decor was something you would see in art gallery. We enjoyed this home and didnt want to leave :) We especially loved the heated floor feature in bathroom:) There was a little gift of my favorite blue corn chips and amazing salsa with wine waiting for us upon arrival! Places like this make Santa Fe even more beautiful. It started snowing when we were there in November so we couldnt really use the patio but it looked sweet and ample space outside. There are two TVs in the house. One is in armoire closet. There is a little dirt road that leads to the house, just follow the path as it can get little tricky to get in and out. But once you are here it is private and quiet but not super secluded as there are homes nearby too.

We loved staying here!
It was quiet, and beautiful. The house is lovely and spacious with a gorgeous yard and so many seating areas.
The two bedrooms - one is a master, one is not. This is totally fine unless you have two people wanting equal space. Both beds are super comfortable and there is also a big couch.
We had a great experience with the hosts. Easy to contact. Easy easy easy. Would totally rent again.

We loved this quaint little property near downtown SF. Worked well for my hubby, our 18yo daughter, and me. Listing is spot on! Beautiful, clean, well equipped. No complaints :) Would definitely stay here again in the future.

If youre reading this, book it! Slightly remote corner of town but no more than 15 minutes from the galleries and restaurants on Canyon Road. Upon arrival we were super impressed. The host provided a bottle of wine, snacks and coffee. The casita itself felt like stepping into a home decor magazine, so tastefully done! Spotless as well. Most of all, check-in and check-out procedures were very easy, especially compared to other Airbnbs nowadays (which essentially ask you to mow their lawns and scrub their floors before checkout). Would absolutely stay here again next time were in Santa Fe!

This was honestly one of the most amazing rentals that we have ever stayed at. The decor was incredibly welcoming and cozy. The attention to detail was suburb, and it is obvious that the host cares about the comfort of their guests. The bedroom was so inviting, the place was incredibly clean, the outdoor space was spectacular, and we had a wonderful, relaxing stay.
